IronREMOTE – License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of IronREMOTE, a remote access service provided by IronMAN Inc. By using IronREMOTE, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not initiate or authorize a remote session.

1. Grant of Access

IronMAN Inc grants the customer a limited, revocable right to use IronREMOTE strictly for technical support, training, configuration, and system maintenance purposes, subject to the conditions of this agreement.

2. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in IronREMOTE remain the sole property of IronMAN Inc. This agreement does not grant ownership rights or transfer intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell the IronREMOTE service or related access mechanisms.
• You may not allow third parties to access IronREMOTE without written authorization from IronMAN Inc.
• You may not use IronREMOTE to access systems unrelated to IronMAN Inc support or services.

4. Session Terms

• IronREMOTE sessions are initiated by customer approval or authorized by a valid service contract.
• Sessions may be logged for service quality, diagnostics, and auditing purposes.
• Persistent sessions are restricted to service contract customers and require pre-configured installation.

5. Disclaimer

IronMAN Inc provides IronREMOTE “as-is,” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

6. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any terms of this agreement. IronMAN Inc reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at its discretion.

By using IronREMOTE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
