1. Information Collected

• Session Metadata: Time, duration, technician name, and general support category
• Technical Logs: Diagnostic output or system info shared for support purposes
• User Input: Information voluntarily provided by the customer during the session

2. Use of Information

• To deliver technical support and remote services as requested by the customer
• To maintain quality assurance and service logs
• To improve service response and future support interactions

3. Data Security

• All IronREMOTE sessions are encrypted using 256-bit AES standards
• Access is restricted to authorized IronMAN Inc personnel only
• Session data is stored securely and retained only as needed for support documentation

4. No Background Tracking

IronREMOTE does not monitor, access, or collect any data from your system outside of approved sessions. No persistent tracking software or surveillance is ever deployed through this service.

5. Customer Rights

• You may request a summary of session details after any remote support interaction
• You may decline to use IronREMOTE at any time and request alternate forms of support
• You may request removal of session logs after the support issue is resolved (where applicable)
