IronREMOTE – Legal Information

IronREMOTE is an optional remote access service provided by IronMAN Inc to assist customers with system setup, diagnostics, support, and training. By using IronREMOTE, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Service

  • IronREMOTE is used exclusively by IronMAN Inc technicians to provide support for products or systems purchased through IronMAN or its authorized divisions.
  • The service may include remote installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance assistance.
  • IronREMOTE access is initiated only with the customer's permission unless the customer has an active service contract authorizing persistent access.

User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for initiating or approving remote sessions, except in cases where unattended access is contractually authorized.
  • You are expected to ensure any sensitive data or personal information is properly secured prior to remote access.
  • IronMAN Inc is not liable for data loss caused by third-party software or pre-existing system issues outside the scope of our service.

Security and Access Control

  • All IronREMOTE sessions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
  • Sessions are logged and limited to authorized IronMAN Inc personnel.
  • No persistent access is enabled without a valid service agreement in place.

Disclaimer

IronMAN Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, uptime, or uninterrupted availability of IronREMOTE. The service is offered “as-is” and “as available.” Customers are advised to maintain local backups of all critical data and configurations.

Use of IronREMOTE constitutes agreement with these terms. If you do not accept these conditions, do not authorize or initiate a session.

IronREMOTE – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of IronREMOTE, a remote support service offered by IronMAN Inc. By initiating or authorizing a remote session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Voluntary Use

IronREMOTE is an optional service. Standard sessions require your active consent before any remote connection is established. If you do not wish to use IronREMOTE, you may decline remote access and request alternative forms of support.

2. Service Contract Access

For customers on an active IronMAN Inc service contract, IronREMOTE may be configured to run as a background service to allow secure, unattended access. This setup is contractually authorized and used only by designated IronMAN personnel.

3. Data Privacy & Security

  • All sessions are encrypted and initiated through secure protocols
  • Only authorized IronMAN Inc support staff can access your system via IronREMOTE
  • Session activity may be logged for quality assurance and accountability

4. User Obligations

  • You must be present and give explicit approval for any one-time access session
  • For persistent access, you must have signed a valid IronMAN Inc service contract
  • You are responsible for closing active sessions when work is complete, unless handled by IronMAN

5. Limitation of Liability

IronMAN Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of IronREMOTE. The service is provided "as-is" and without guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Changes to These Terms

IronMAN Inc reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of IronREMOTE after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
